Shopify Flow

Shopify Flow monitors your store for triggers. Wishlist Plus gives it the most valuable signal your store produces: a shopper telling you exactly what they want.

When a shopper adds a product to their wishlist, Shopify Flow fires immediately. You define what happens next. Send a reminder through your email platform. Tag the customer for a targeted campaign. Notify your team when a high-value item is saved. Every action runs without manual input.

This integration is available on Shopify Basic, Advanced, and Plus plans. Wishlist Plus Starter plan or higher is required.

1. Install Wishlist Plus from the Shopify App Store. Install Shopify Flow from your Shopify Admin.
2. Open Shopify Flow. Create a new workflow. Select the Swym trigger from the sidebar.
3. Choose your trigger: Product added to wishlist or Subscribed for back-in-stock alert.
4. Add conditions to filter by price, product tag, customer segment, or any attribute Swym passes.
5. Set your action: Send a notification, tag a customer, trigger an email flow, update a metafield, or ping LINE for Japanese merchant retargeting. Publish and your workflow runs on autopilot.

• Added to Wishlist: fires when a shopper saves any product to their Wishlist Plus list. Passes email address, product ID, product title, variant details, and product URL.
• ‍Subscribed for Back-in-Stock Alert: fires when a shopper signs up for a restock notification. Passes email address and product data. Supported on the Swym Back in Stock Alerts app.

Wishlist Reminder via Email Platform

• Trigger: Product added to wishlist
• Condition: Item price over $75
• Action: Add customer to a reminder flow in Klaviyo, Attentive, or your ESP

VIP Tagging

• Trigger: Product added to wishlist
• Condition: Customer has placed 3 or more prior orders
• Action: Tag customer as VIP in Shopify. Trigger a dedicated high-value segment

LINE Retargeting (Japan merchants)

• Trigger: Product added to wishlist
• Action: Send HTTP request to LINE Official Account API
• Result: Automated wishlist reminder and price alert delivered via LINE message

Low-Stock Alert to Merch Team

• Trigger: Product added to wishlist
• Condition: Inventory quantity below 10
• Action: Send internal Slack notification or create a task in your ops tool
