When shoppers interact with Swym features like Wishlist and Save for Later, their activity is captured and sent to Iterable, enabling brands to build targeted, behavior-driven campaigns. This integration helps recover lost sales opportunities, drive repeat purchases, and boost customer engagement with contextual messages delivered at the right moment via Email.

The primary objective of the Swym + Iterable integration is to enable you to leverage your Iterable account to trigger and send emails that originate from the Swym app through your Iterable account. The Swym apps help engage your customers in personalized fashion for your store by enabling capabilities that are targeted at simplifying their shopping journeys – such as our wishlist or a back-in-stock alerts app. For each of those apps, the Swym + Iterable integration enables you to send contextual emails to customers based on their individual context.

Swym integrates with Iterable via APIs to send custom events, such as Wishlist Reminder, Price Drop, Back in Stock, and Low Stock. These events are sent directly from the Swym apps to Iterable, along with rich product and shopper metadata. These events can then be used to build automated Journeys in Iterable that deliver personalized, timely emails to shoppers, helping boost engagement and drive conversions. Email templates within Iterable can be customized using handlebars to dynamically insert the event metadata, ensuring each message is highly relevant to the recipient.
