The Swym × Cordial integration enables brands to activate real-time shopper intent data for personalized engagement and list growth.
By connecting Wishlist Plus and/or Back in Stock Alerts with Cordial, Swym sends key behavioral events — such as wishlist reminders, price drops, low stock alerts, and restock notifications — directly into Cordial. These events can then trigger automated email, SMS, or push campaigns to re-engage high-intent shoppers.
In addition to behavioral event syncing, the integration also supports Add to Mailing List functionality. Merchants can optionally provide a Cordial mailing list name, allowing Swym to automatically add relevant shoppers to that list — enabling audience building and segmentation alongside triggered messaging.
Together, this ensures that customer actions taken on your storefront not only power timely lifecycle campaigns but also help grow and enrich your Cordial audience lists.
The integration supports event-based data sync from Swym to Cordial. Once connected, merchants can subscribe to specific events they want Cordial to receive.

Setting up the Swym × Cordial integration involves three essential steps:
Step 1: Connect Swym to Cordial
The integration is currently enabled via Swym’s support team. Merchants generate an API key in Cordial and share it with Swym to establish a secure connection between the two platforms. Once configured, Swym confirms that the integration is active.
If using the Add to Mailing List feature on the storefront, merchants should also provide the Cordial mailing list name they would like Swym to add contacts to.
Step 2: Subscribe to Events in Swym
After the connection is established, merchants must explicitly enable the events they want to send to Cordial within the Swym app’s Marketing section.
Only subscribed events are transmitted. If no events are enabled, Cordial will not receive any triggers.
Step 3: Build Automations in Cordial
For each subscribed event, merchants must create a corresponding automation inside Cordial.

Cordial’s Customer Success or Solutions teams typically assist in mapping Swym’s event attributes into dynamic templates to ensure accurate personalization.

The Cordial integration is available for merchants only on the Enterprise plans of the Back in Stock Alert app or Wishlist Plus app.
