Option A: Export from Swym’s Dashboard
If you're using Swym’s internal system, go to the Marketing tab and download the dataset titled: “Shoppers who wishlisted and saved the products but haven’t bought yet.”This gives you a clean list of shoppers with product interest but no order event—ideal for retargeting.
Option B: Export from Your Connected Integration (Klaviyo / Omnisend)
If you're using an ESP that syncs Swym data:
Klaviyo: Create a segment with the conditions: Swym Wishlist event AND No order placed after wishlist.
Omnisend: Use segmentation logic to filter for wishlisted products with no follow-up purchase.
Be sure to:
Export only known users (with email or phone number)
Exclude users who completed purchases post-Wishlist event
