From enhanced Klaviyo automation and stronger marketing infrastructure to new design integrations and in-store extensions, every improvement this month helps merchants and partners unlock more value with less effort this holiday season.

1. Seamless Marketing Event Infrastructure

Your marketing events are now more reliable, and easier to track.
We’ve strengthened our backend infrastructure so that when you enable features like Price Drop, Back-in-Stock, or Save-for-Later, your shopper events flow seamlessly into Klaviyo, Omnisend, Dotdigital, and other integrations.

This upgrade ensures consistent, on-time syncing across all channels - so your BFCM campaigns always reach the right shopper, at the right time.

2. Klaviyo Merchants - Get the Most Out of Wishlist Events

We’ve added a banner inside Wishlist Plus Admin for merchants who are sending wishlist events to Klaviyo but don’t yet have their flows live.

This ensures you never miss the opportunity to turn wishlist activity into automated emails and SMS campaigns - especially during the high-intent BFCM season.
💡Tip: Enable flows like Wishlist Reminder, Price Drop, and Win-Your-Wishlist to capture and convert shopper interest automatically.

3. New Integration: Swym Wishlist Plus + Design Packs

Make your wishlist look as great as it performs.
With our new Design Packs integration, you can now:

  • Customize your Wishlist page with pre-built Shopify theme sections

4. New Update: Wishlist Plus Extension for Shopify POS

Connect your online wishlists to your in-store experience.
With the new Shopify POS Extension, your retail teams can:

  • View a customer’s wishlist directly from the POS interface
  • Access shopping activity and saved items instantly
  • Offer personalized recommendations and recover more sales on the spot

With our latest update, your store staff can now access a customer’s wishlist right from the Customer Details section. As busy as your staff tend to be, every little step of removing friction for them makes it that much easier for them to be able to better engage customers when they are at the store.

5. Social Count on Collection Pages

Give your shoppers social proof at a glance.
The wishlist count now appears beside the heart icon on collection pages, letting shoppers instantly see how many others love a product.

7. Shopify Markets - Pilot Support for Enterprise Merchants

We’re now working with select enterprise merchants to enable Shopify Markets support for their Wishlist Plus module.
