We've deepened our investment in merchant success by launching a tiered customer engagement experience. This solution delivers enhanced insights into customer purchase intent and browse behavior, explicitly designed to serve the distinct needs of:

  2. Direct-to-consumer brands (both digital-first and omnichannel)

Swym for Sales is now available in two tiers:

  • Basic version available as part of all our paid plans, giving you access to view and manage customer wishlists

Advanced version that empowers your sales and service staff to provide personalized shopping assistance to customers

Available to all Wishlist Plus paid merchants, the Customer Tab provides foundational visibility into shopper-level intent.

1.2. Custom Lists Now Visible in SFS Admin

Designed for brands with offline stores or high-touch sales workflows, the advanced version extends the Customer Tab with deeper insights and engagement tools.

Easier access and faster management of all your lists.
You can now view and manage your custom lists directly in the SFS admin interface - no more jumping between tools. This update gives you a clearer overview and streamlines list-based workflows.

1.3. Email Alerts for Wishlist Conversations

Stay instantly informed when shoppers leave a message on their wishlist or when you respond. These email alerts help you keep conversations active and build stronger customer engagement.

1.4. Customer Notes in SFS

Customer notes on wishlist items now appear directly in the SFS UI. Quickly understand shopper intent and take action without switching tabs or digging for details.

2. Customize Your Wishlist-Powered Emails with Swym’s Built-In Editor

For merchants who send personalized emails with Swym’s built-in editor, we now offer expanded editing options to help you fine-tune wishlist-powered emails, without relying on external ESPs.

A richer and more flexible way to craft your Wishlist Reminder, Price Drop, Low Stock, and Back in Stock alerts.

You can now:
Format text with bold, italics, underline
• Align and structure content
• Use color styling
• Add bullet and numbered lists

This gives merchants full control over the tone and visual presentation of their alerts—all without external tools.

3. Capture Demand Signals with “Coming Soon Alerts” with Swym Apps

Coming Soon Alerts are available in both the Swym Back in Stock App (SBISA) and the Wishlist Plus (WLP) app, and they remain one of the most effective ways to capture pre-launch shopper intent. 

By enabling shoppers to subscribe to products before they go live, merchants can drive stronger launch-day traffic, improve forecasting, and turn early interest into conversions.
