4. B2B Workflows, Simplified

We’ve made enhancements in the Wishlist Plus for B2B merchants:

  • Buyers can now set quantity for the items in their wishlists.
  • Combine this with Request a Quote for a seamless B2B buying journey
  • Capture demand signals for better inventory planning

This unlocks a complete B2B quote-to-purchase flow inside Swym. And did you know that you can now view and manage customers’ wishlists directly from your Admin interface?

5. Reach More Shoppers, in More Languages

Shoppers can now explore their wishlists in their preferred language for a more personalized experience. At the same time, alerts for price drops, low stock, and similar updates will now extend up to 90 days after items are added (previously 30), helping you engage more shoppers and maximize conversions over time.
