Shoppers are constantly giving off signals about what they’re interested in. This month, we’re rolling out tools that help you recognize those signs and follow up in ways that feel helpful (not pushy).
Shoppers are constantly giving off signals about what they’re interested in. It could be when they wishlist or save a product for later, search for something specific, or revisit an item they looked at before. These small moments are easy to miss, but they tell a bigger story: someone’s thinking about buying, and they’re getting closer.
Here’s what’s new and how it can help you connect with shoppers when it matters most:
You can now segment shoppers based on the actions they’ve taken — like those who added something to their wishlist but didn’t buy, shoppers who saved items that are now on sale, or those whose saved items are now almost out of stock.
These smart segments make it easier to:
It’s like talking to your shoppers with context, not guesswork.
Wishlist Plus allows you to automatically follow up when someone adds something to their wishlist or save-for-later list.
You can now easily set up automated alerts for these moments — right from the Marketing tab in Wishlist Plus inside your Shopify Admin.

Sharing wishlists has never been easier. Now, shoppers can share their wishlists directly from the wishlist page — via email, social media, or a simple link. This feature is now available through the newly launched Wishlist Drawer.
It’s perfect for gift-giving or just helping your shoppers spread the word about your store.
We’ve integrated Swym with Shopify POS, and you can now access it directly from your Shopify Admin, under the Insights tab in Wishlist Plus.
This integration bridges the gap between your online and in-store experience. It allows your Sales team to see what shoppers have been browsing online and use that info to offer personalized recommendations, add in-store favorites to wishlists, and sign shoppers up for alerts. It’s a simple way to provide a seamless, tailored shopping experience for every customer, no matter how they shop.
Your Sales Associates can now create custom lists for customers as part of their wishlist(s), for items that aren’t in your Shopify catalog. Think personalized or made-to-order products, related accessories that support a purchase (like fixtures or installation essentials), warranty or service add-ons, items discussed during a consultation, or even curated blog posts and gift guides.
Custom items can be added to a shopper's wishlist, ensuring that their unique preferences are met both online and in-store.
Scheduling a demo or shopping appointment with a customer? You can now attach their wishlist directly to the invite via Google Calendar. Super handy for try-ons, virtual styling sessions, consultations, or any other type of personalized service.
We’ve launched our public product roadmap so you can see what’s in the works — and help shape it. Got an idea? Tell us!
